Jason's BIG 4-0

December 23 Jason turned 40. It was a busy day... Missy and the kids went to Salt Lake to visit friends.

Jason went to Salt Lake to work.
Gwen, Britt, & Missy went to The Nutcracker.

Maris, a close family friend, was in the performance.

Missy heard her name called during intermission. When she turned around her friend from high school (who now lives in Japan!) was smiling at her! After hugs and happy tears it turns out that Tracey was in town visiting her in-laws for the holiday. What a crazy world!!

Next the kids wanted to visit Jason's office in SLC.

Finally, we ate dinner at Ichiban's. Yummy food! Everyone was happy. The kids and Missy tried to have staring contests with Jas. The goal was to stare at Daddy for 30 seconds without smiling or laughing. Unbelievably, NO ONE could do this! Too funny! (Best pictures were of the girls posing in front of the Men's Restroom door.)

Happy Birthday, Babe! We love YOU!

Fun post because I was there on his 40th birthday!... and pictures to prove it. I love how the picture turned out with you and your girls in front of the huge Nutcracker. So happy I got to see my old friend (who looks like she is still 18..ha ha)!!! That was such a blast...what a small world. Great seeing you again. You are the BEST!
