Missy tries to juggle/balance the kids, house, a part time teaching assistant job at the kids' school and her own studies. Most days the kids are accounted for and fed. She is on her way to applying for the Dept. of Elementary Education in March.
Baylor has added gymnastics to his list of sports. He is doing well because he is so tough. Blisters on his hands don't even phase him. He really likes the 'rings'. If he keeps working hard he should be able to compete next year. He is also in the middle of basketball season and keeps up with his guitar lessons and school work. Baylor bought a corn snake that refused to eat so he traded up for a bearded dragon who loves to eat. He also likes cars, really fast, really expensive cars.
Britt still swims and plays the piano. She has added the violin this year and really likes it. She was able to go to Boston with Nana and visit Tante for a week. She had a great time and Missy only worried about her every other minute. Britt bought bunnies this summer so she could have her own pets. Out of the five bunnies that have lived here we have two. (It's a long story.) One is a black and white and the other is a lionhead (long haired), they are both so cute.
Gwen has found her niche, gymnastics. She is loving it. I love that she wants to go to practices and work hard. She is also doing great in school and loves to read and write stories. She got a kitten this past summer and 'Princess' is treated like a princess. Gwen would dress her in doll's clothes and push her around in the baby pram when she wasn't trying to 'walk' her on a pink sparkly leash.
Hey, you have a blog! I was suprised to see a comment from you on my blog... fun to keep in touch this way. AND, just so you know, there are websites that turn your blog and pictures into a hardbound book for you... so say goodbye to scrapbooking! That is what I plan to do.. produce a book every year that sums up our family's life. Easy. So blogs are not a waste of time... they can acutally record your family history! So, welcome to blog world!
